Right after graduating from high school, Mrs. Grozdanova jumped into the business of air transportation. Shortly after, she switched her professional route in the land transportation, being part of a team in one of the leading German transportation companies. Following her dream, in 2004 GMX Logistics was founded. Mrs. Grozdanova acquires a certificate in International Transport and Forwarding, issued by the World Road Transport Organization – 2008, acquires a bachelor degree in “International Affairs” from the International Business School in Sofia, and currently she is in her master’s degree in “Business Psychology”, again in the same school. Mrs. Grozdanova’s dedication and hard work in the field of Transport and Logistics is not just a job, it is a vocation.
Mr. Lashtilin is responsible for the Human Resources in GMX Logistics. Acquires a professional competency in terms of the transportation, as well as packaging of the goods. He coordinates and runs the vehicle fleet, responsible for the technical condition of the trucks and the company’s assets. Mr. Lashtiling has an excellent knowledge in terms of the intermodal orders execution.
Stock allocation, coordination and ordering are Mr. Petkov’s professional competences. He is responsible for the smooth operation in terms of the loading and unloading of the equipment. Being an excellent communicator, he is an asset in terms of solving any difficult situations during the daily operations. Mr. Petkov acquires logistic skills, and has been part of the international transportation business for a long time.
Mrs. Petrova’s competency is entirely on the lifting equipment and the inventory coordination. She is supervising the distribution and dispatch of the logistic supplies, as well as the control and supervision of the warehouse inventory.
Experienced in economics, Mrs. Alexandrova runs the administrative work in the company. She is responsible for monitoring of all the documentation.
Mr. Ivanov is responsible for the lifting equipment and coordination of the inventory. Professionally oriented in the distribution and the dispatch of the logistic supplies, control and supervision of the inventory.

2005 – GMX Logistics Ltd/ VAT: BG131389119 / was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main focus – freight of forwarding shipments – international automobile transportation from Bulgaria to Europe and vice versa.
2008 – GMX Ltd / VAT: BG 200476211 / was founded.
Integration of a new business divisions, such as international warehousing and distribution of shipments.
2017 – Buying our owned transport vehicles for express deliveries – vans, as well as 24 hours express deliveries;
2019 – We purchased our first combination – a DAF XF tractor with a three-sided shutter-type flatbed trailer. Additionally, we invested in another 4 compositions, and expanded our businesses reach in Europe.
2023 – Currently, we have 5 units – transportation compositions for partial (groupage) and whole cargos on the relation Bulgaria – Europe – Bulgaria, 3 vans – 8 ep/ load capacity 1 350 kg.
